What are preserved flowers? Are they real?

Yes. Preserved flowers are real blooms that have been treated so they keep their soft texture, shape and color long after they're cut. They need no water and no upkeep.

How long do preserved flowers last?

With proper care, preserved and dried flowers can last a year or longer, far longer than a fresh bouquet.

How do I care for them?

Keep them indoors, away from direct sunlight, humidity and heat. Dust gently with a soft brush or a hairdryer on the cool setting. No watering needed. Read our full guide: How to Care for Preserved Hydrangeas.

Can they get wet or sit in the sun?

Please avoid both. Water and moisture can damage preserved petals, and strong sunlight can fade their color over time. A shaded, dry spot keeps them looking their best.

Will my flowers look exactly like the photos?

Because every bloom is natural, each one is unique. Small variations in color, size and shape are part of their charm and are not considered defects.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, and US delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free on all orders over $100.

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently ship within the United States only.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry if that happens. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or store credit.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible for a full refund.
